Gomukhasana: “Cow’s Face Pose”
Supposed to look like cow’s ears I suppose? Like one up and one down or somethin? You can do it with a towel or a shirt or strap or really anything you can grab in between both hands if they don’t reach each other. This pose is great for me as a sign language interpreter because it opens the shoulders and works the rotator cuff in a way that is not often used in signing. It’s a nice counter balance to what we do a lot when we sit at computers a lot too. The anti- hunch. Do both sides for balance.
